Had a Kickstart helmet for years and have upgraded recently. I found the front indicators really helpful for oncoming traffic - not sure why removing these was a good idea. The helmet is comfortable though and the front white lamp is definitely brighter.
All tested and mounted, but not allowed to ride the bike after accident yet...😩
Finally all ordered arrived.
Happy as I broke my 1. in a ghastly accident and that 1. may have saved me from very bad head injury.

I ordered a helmet. It was supposedly delivered. But since it wasn't, I contacted customer service. I received an email telling me to ask my neighbors. Nothing was delivered there either. Hermes, who were supposed to deliver the package, doesn't know anything either. I haven't received a response for 14 days, and now I've paid €290 for nothing.

I have NOT received my package yet. It has been sent but was returned to you again and I have no idea what was written on the parcel. I gave the same address as for previous orders and all my Kickstarter orders as well.
Support does not react at all or takes days and then does something without prior communication. Very disappointed.
Die Idee zum Produkt ist wie immer gut, aber die Umsetzung lässt es wie (fast) immer an Qualität mageln. Der Halter ist nicht nur an einer Stelle gebrochen, sondern er zerbröselt regelrecht.
As always, the idea for the product is good, but the realisation is (almost) always lacking in quality. The holder is not only broken in one place, it is literally crumbling.
I have bought my Lumos Ultra some years ago in (one of their?) first crowdfunding campaings. The helmet is great I still wear it literally every day. Of course the padding wears out after a while so I finally ordered a replacement. Although the packaging suggests it´s a padding for the Lumos Ultra, it looks more like a universal kit that´s available off Amazon for a fraction of the price. At least it´s defintely not what had come originally with the helmet and especially the front padding does not fit the original way. It still works though, however, I expected a 100% suitable spare part from a specialised company like Lumos. Mind you, it´s not a 29.99 helmet from the bike assortment at Target´s or so...
J’ai acheté le casque Lumos Ultra E-Bike et je suis très contente de mon achat. Avoir une visière, des lumières avant/arrière, des clignotants et la norme Mips je suis ravie et je me sens beaucoup plus en sécurité ! La seule amélioration que je pourrais imaginer serait d’avoir une version avec un design moins sport avec plus de choix de couleurs, même si je trouve ce vert très joli !

I wrote to Lumos about this and I'm still waiting after more than a week, still no news from them. Lumos! I don't have any boat, but I have a helmet I would like to charge, please!
Great products. Quality meets expectation and the desing is well thought out. Unfortunately customer service hasnt replied to my question about buying spare visor after 2 weeks, but I havent had any problems yet.
I have been waiting for this product for over two months now and the delivery company in Toronto has not been able to deliver my purchase and the support team has not been helpful at all. The only help was from Shopify when I reported to the platform that I have not received my order. Shopify acted by contacting the vendor, but I am still waiting – I will be filling a second complaint to Shopify about this vendor.
PLEASE DELIVER MY ORDER OR PLEASE REFUND MY PURCHASE.

The lights work great, the sync is super (turn 1 light off, all lights go off, the other way round would be handy as well, but then there should be something powered on all to time which costs battery life)
One thing the Lumos Firefly Rear Turn Signal Mount, can't be mounted under my saddle. Cause i use often bags, dog basket, ... It would be nice to have an option to mount it at the back of the carrier bar. But that' don't work out easy as well. So i need to figure out something to make this work. So that's not as easy to set up as i tought it would be.
I ordered it for my Ultra E-Bike Helmet because my front pad was coming loose. It has a different shape than the pads in the helmet but it has tons of the little velcro stickers which was what I really needed since the front pad was in good condition but no longer sticking to the helmet. Replacing the old sticker solved my problem.
