With all new upgrades, Ultra Fly is a road bike helmet jam-packed with new technology to keep you safe on the road whether you’re on your commute, or on your recreational ride, day or night:

Measuring your head size

Find a measuring tool Use a soft tape, rope or even your charging cable. Place it against a ruler to measure.

Measure your head Wrap it around your head, position it mid-forehead and above the eyebrows and ears.

Find your helmet size Identify if it’s a good fit. Lumos Ultra Fly fits most head shapes with the adjustable dial fit system.

I like this helmet

My biggest issues were self-imposed: I didn't transfer my mirror right away, and I had to start wearing a cap all the time because I'm used to having a visor on the helmet. I absolutely love the light. I'm not worried about it falling out or coming loose. When I put the light in the arm band, it is extremely difficult to remove on purpose. I do not worry about losing it. Ditto the Fireflys. I love how the app syncs the lights and functions as the turn signal switch. So far, I am extremely satisfied with this helmet.

Some improvements to be made

Everyone can see me now! Nice and bright colored helmet. The light is super bright, easily pops into the magnetic recess of the helmet. Has a easy charger for it. Battery seems to be pretty good on the light, have used for about 8 hours and still going strong. Not noticing the improved airflow too much, but usually wear a hat/cap to soak up sweat anyways.
Complaints: My cheap Giro helmets have more cushion liner for a comfier fit that this helmet. Also wish the adjuster wheel was a tad bigger, feels a little flimsy.

I haven't messed with the Firefly light yet, but I'm very happy with the helmet. It's lightweight, has reasonably good air flow and a surprisingly solid feel.

Will the helmets be able to fit a front light?

These helmets have a Firefly compatible port only in the rear in order to minimize weight.

How would the turn signals work with this helmet?

You would not be able to show turn signals with just the single Firefly light on the helmet, but you can mount additional Firefly lights on your bike to activate turn signals.
