Bought helmet for my husband. He is an avant bike rider. This helmet gives him all the safety features needed for riding in the winter.
Fits perfectly. Wish it was a bit longer in the bill. Not much help with low angle winter sun.
I initially had an issue with the first signal remote that was sent with my Lumos helmet. However, the company quickly followed up and sent me a much better-quality handlebar remote that also works seamlessly with the app.
I’m now very pleased with the setup. I love the helmet, the build quality, and the improved remote. Everything feels sturdy, reliable, and thoughtfully designed.
I would definitely recommend the Lumos helmet and remote to anyone looking for added safety and convenience while riding. M Mckay
My son loves this helmet. Great fit for teen and stylish. Loves to control the lights and the turn signals are quick from handlebar controller. I have the peace of mind knowing it has MIPS.
Light weight and bright and almost too many mounting options, if that's possible!

Ich bin mit den Fireflys zufrieden. Sie sind schnell eingerichtet, haben eine starke Leuchtkraft und haben eine praktische Blinkerfunktion. Ich gebe aber nicht die vollen 5 Sterne, weil mir der Preis alleine nur für ein Stück sehr hoch erscheint und dafür nicht mal eine Lademöglichkeit im Paket enthalten ist. Zum Glück habe ich selbst eine Induktionsladestation
Great helmet (Lumos ultra) in combination with Lumos Firefly mini. Bought it for commuting. Just perfect with turn signals and brake light. Lov‘it!
Helmet it super comfortable and lights are visible to anyone who can see.
No words - the best helmet .The only problem is I can’t buy another - the red and blue : green is sold out !

I've ordered my Lumos ultra more than three years ago. The visor wasn't available at that time.
Without a visor, there is no way to drive without stressing your eyes in sunny environments.
It is so essential, that I still can't understand, why the helmet is sold without a visor.
I had a previous Lumos helmet that was good but started malfunctioning. I communicated with the customer services and they kept coming back to to me with queries about model etc. when I’d answered four times they stopped responding to my messages despite four further queries. In the end I had to buy a new one. Very disappointing service in that regard
I was looking for a bike helmet that provided lights, a visor and insulation for cold weather. After a decent amount of research not only did I find these options in the Lumos helmet but much more. I feel much more seen on my daily commute to and from work. Cars definitely notice me because of my helmet. Before I bought my lumos helmet I often felt like every ride home at night demanded a heavy dose of caution on the road. But now I feel much safer and confident on my rides. I'm especially happy with the turn signals on the helmet and the firefly mini lights. This is something that I've been wanting for a very long time. Ido think there is room for improvement in the app. It's not necessarily intuitive at first. It also wasn't clear that if I didn't have the location settings turned on that the Lumos devices wouldn't connect to the app. I eventually figured it out. While the price for the helmet is a bit steeper than some comparable products on the market, I'm very happy with my choice and the quality of the products that I purchased.
Ich kann noch nichts sagen, da es ein Geschenk wird. Ich fand die Bestellung schwierig, da nicht wirklich ersichtlich ist welche Teile alle nötig sind damit zum Beispiel das Rücklicht funktioniert. Es wäre schön wenn es gleich ein komplettes Bundle geben würde.
