Attach the bug net to your helmet via the Velcro dots within your Lumos helmet. The bug net is removable for easy cleaning and features a strong seal to ensure that it does not fray and stays durable.
Another great addition to my Ultra Ebike helmet. I also have the winter liner as well. In New Orleans where we went from 12" of snow to over 80 degrees in a week and the mosquito is our state bird I definitely need this and the winter liner. That is what makes Lumos helmets so versatile. Plus they sync up with my 6 Firefly mini's. I LOVE Lumos and people constantly ask me about my rig and I always tell them to buy it, you will love it too!
Complicated to assemble, looks cheap. Every other helmet brand comes with an insect net as standard.
Quality and function are good, but the installation is too difficult and the installation guide videos poor.
My whole protective foams were desintegreted after two years of much use and swear. So I needed a new Bug Net and protective foams. But wirh the Bug et you don't get the missing foam to protect your forehead. So I had to buy the whole set of protective foams, and that makes it expensive. So Lumos, ad the forehead protective foam to the Bug Net and the package will be ok.
