Terrible service. I have received a defective light and made numerous attempts to contact Lumos. They have not responded nor to my request for return. Stay away and purchase a different light for your bike as I am out $90
I just got my new helmet today and I'm so excited! It's the Lumos Ultra E-Bike helmet, and honestly, it's even better than I expected. I also grabbed two Firefly Mini lights to sync up with it.
First off, this helmet looks super sharp and even has a windscreen. It’s packed with lights—two in the back for signals and braking, two on the sides, and one right in front. It also comes with a handlebar remote, and it's smart enough to flash the brake lights automatically when I slow down!
I attached the two Firefly Mini lights to my back rack, and they sync with the helmet through a really simple phone app. There are a bunch of settings and colors to play around with. I haven't tried them all yet, but so far, I'm loving it.
The coolest part? The app works on my Apple Watch too! If I don't feel like using the remote, I can just signal a turn with my arm, and both the helmet and the mini lights will flash.
It definitely wasn't the cheapest setup, but I feel so much better knowing I'll be highly visible out on the road!
Day After: even though the watch worked in practice, it was erroring out when I was actually riding. So forget the watch part, the rest of my experience is amazing!
Product is great, I even ordered more. I had a lot of issues tracking the package however. The tracking wasn’t exactly easy to follow nor updated regularly.
The person who delivered the package did not put it in a safe place on my porch and it was stolen by porch. Pirate.
I initially thought it was simply the way the fireflies were placed but almost a month later I’m still consistently having charging issues on the left side of the quad charging mat with different fireflies.

Die Lampen und die dazugehörige Elektronik sowie die App sind sehr gut durchdacht und funktionieren wie gewünscht. Einfach topp. einzig die Einstellung der Helligkeit fehlt mir und die Wirkung der "Bremslichter" würde noch sensibler eingestellt gehören.
Lights seemed pretty good but all except one of them entirely stopped working after only two uses
I bought this helmet primarily to provide better safety in terms of lights. I am disappointed though with the fit - it feels shallow on my head and is not very comfortable compared to my much cheaper previous helmet.
Products arrived in good time and in good condition but one of the problems purchased items (lights) was missing.

By far the best that is in the market, I wouldn't recommend anything else. Is a little bit expensive though but is worth it.
My Ultra Helmet is size M (54-61cm) and i've ordered Bug Net in size M. The delivered Box has a little Sticker (M/L) an the bug net inside is extreme too small. I'm not happy about that.
You should allready read more on Amazon. Only 1 *

The productd are awesome. Yhe customer service was terrible. I had to reach out to them to remind them i paid for tbr products so they can ship it out. After that inquiry they noted they would get back to me. They never did, they allowed the email notification that my items were shipping as their follow up. One of the items did not made no mention on the page will not sync with thr light remote the helmet ships with. You have to purchase the other remote. Only after searching forums did i learn. When reaching out to support they were like yeah sorry it wasnt clearer…. 3 stars for good product lost two for bad service.
The helmet is slick. The helmet is bright. The helmet is strong!!! I love it. I love Lumos. And the customer service is outstanding. I’m a lifer. And I recommend to everyone. Thank you, Lumos!! PS. I fell off my bike in April, hit my head, and if it wasn’t for Lumos, my precious head may not be so in tact, but also they were so supportive and incredible after.
