Which remote comes with Ultra E-Bike?

Ultra E-Bike comes with the Lumos Remote (USB-C rechargeable). It triggers the turn signals and enables the automatic brake light.

Why does Ultra E-Bike weigh more than a regular bike helmet?

It is built for the higher impacts of e-bike riding, which takes a thicker EPS liner. The Mips version is certified to NTA 8776, tested at impact speeds up to 45 km/h (28 mph). It weighs 490 g (Standard) or 520 g (Mips).

How is Ultra E-Bike safer?

A thicker EPS liner for higher-speed impacts, front turn signals to alert oncoming traffic, and a face shield that reduces distraction from bugs, debris, rain and wind.

Will the side lights disturb my vision?

The side lights are designed to increase your presence without disrupting your vision, and you can adjust their brightness in the Lumos App.

Is the face shield replaceable?

Yes. Remove the cover and unscrew the shield to fit a replacement. Replacement shields fit both the Standard and Mips versions.

What is a Fidlock buckle?

A magnetic buckle you can fasten and release with one hand.

How long does the battery last, and how do I charge it?

Up to 10 hours depending on the light mode: about 10 hours in Day Ride, 6 hours in Night Ride and 3 hours Always On. Charge it over USB-C with the included cable; some third-party cables with short plugs may not seat fully.

Can I ride in the rain?

Yes. Ultra E-Bike is rated IPX6 water resistant.

Does it come with Mips?

Ultra E-Bike comes in Standard and Mips versions, both in size M-L (54–61 cm / 21.3–24 in).
