Das Produkt bekäme von mir 5 Sterne, wenn die Verbindung zwischen Smartphone und Helm funktionieren würde. Der Helm wurde mit einer älteren Softwareversion ausgeliefert und lässt das herunterladen der neuen Version leider nicht zu. Ich habe auch keinen Zugriff auf den Helm über mein Smartphone. Daher habe ich auch keinen Zugriff auf das Frontlicht am Helm, dass ich gerne ausgeschaltet hätte. Da ich direkt bei Lumos übers Internet gekauft habe, habe ich auch keinen Händler der mich unterstützen könnte, sofern dies überhaupt möglich.

Ich warte nach wie vor auf meine Bestellung. Ich habe am 2.5. ein Mail gesandt und noch keine Antwort erhalten. Seit 25.4. hat sich am Status meiner Lieferung nichts geändert.
Not the kind of money I wanted to spend but I can honestly tell you that I’m very impressed on the looks and safety features of this product. Worth every cent however would have been so much better if the delivery would be quicker.
Love the helmet, its functionality and how easy it is to set up and connect. But I will never again order from Lumos directly. Customer service is completely overwhelmed and takes forever to reply / doesn’t seem to receive your answers at all. I needed an additional remote and ordered it from a 3rd party vendor. Got it way faster and with much less hassle then when I ordered from Lumos directly.
