Great helmet, missing functionality

The helmet works great and is very comfortable and sleek. I like how bright the lights are, making me extremely visible on the road during the night. However, the visor doesn't stop wind from hitting your eyes; in fact, I believe more wind hits your eyes in a weird way. But other than that, it's a great helmet, and I would love to see more features being added.

When things go wring

My helmet stopped charging and these things happen. What’s important is when you do have an issue how does the manufacturer take care of you. In this case, it was super easy, I provided the requested information and I was shipped out a replacement within a couple days.
