perfectly suits my needs

After a quick check after receiving the liner I now wanted to use it permanently as the temperatures dropped, Unfortunately there is a hole in it as the stitching is partly miserable. I made some pictures where you can see it.
Therefore I would like to exchange my liner.

EU#15849 - I did not like the helmet and therefore ask for return Info. Took some days to get the info and have then returned the helmeton Nov 11 and delivered Nov 12. still waiting from you for paying back the money for the helmet. No answer by mail nor within the paypal ticket. Please investigate.

The handlebar is okay, therefore kept it.

Good light but bad fit and poor attachement compared with other manufacturers. Hardly any improvement compared to their first model when it comes to comfort of wearing? Wouldnt buy it again.

I can now longer live without my complete Lumos setup. Great products!

I am pleased with my purchase but as it is a Christmas present for my grandson he has yet to try it

This product is excellent, it's solid and fits to saddle really well via 2 simple allen machine screws. The lights are held in place either by clips or magnetic, these are a separate item. I use the magnetic option for my lights. All in all a good product

The online tracking shows that the parcel NEVER LEFT the sender's address.
And the online ‘support’ is 100% USELESS. I've received over 30 emails since 6th July 2025, and the problem still hasn't been resolved. The person ‘tracking’ the issue should be dismissed.

Purchased this helmet almost exactly a year ago. Came here to post a review after an accident on the road involving a vehicle. I was thrown from the bike and the helmet saved my skull. Protected my brain and the lights even continued working after the helmet shattered. Posting this just after arriving back home from the ER.

I had ordered this product that cost me 229 euro and they sending me the product via 4px instead of DHL or Hermes. It took over 14 days. and I didn't even know when the product would arrive. and their customer service worse. they don't feel like replying anytime. Please never buy from then instead buy from your own country or other brand. I bought it from bike-discount.de at 180 euro in germany after waiting for this product for weeks. It took 2 day to come. then I returned the official one back. but their return policy so messed up. they provide me with just a address and mobile number that doesn't work instead of any return label. I had to pay extra 7.69 euro to return this product. W. they don't reply my email. and for refund I had to complain to PayPal because I thought they will scam me. then PayPal handled rest of the policy. Never buy from this chinese company. You can get scammed.

The lights on this helmet are next level, you definitely won’t be missed. The integrated handle bar mounted buttons for turn signals make it easier to let drivers know your intentions, probably best to keep the hand signals going though!

It’s lightweight and comfortable and the build quality is decent.

I think with all its smart features it’s worth the price tag.

Customer service is tops also.

I have a Lumos Smart Cycle helmet and have purchased 4 bike lights to complement it now the nights are getting darker. The helmet & lights can be synced abd this is really effective. Can be used as front, rear & indicators and syncing through the Lumos App. Easy to install and set up/customise. The charging mat is great also - you will beed a 10w charger plug, the charging cable is provided. Overall, very impressed and pleased with these lights and accessories.
