Just great for under the saddle and it even works mounted on some panier racks.

One of the items I ordered was missing, and despite multiple complaints, I was told to investigate further. It’s been a week with no update. What should I do?

Helmet Padding

I bought my Lumos Ultra helmet several months ago. I then ordered a visor which took about 3 months due to it being out of stock. The visor is connected to the helmet with Velcro strips, hangs too low and can be easily ripped off. It works, but not as well as other helmets that come equipped with a visor.

Fantastic helmet

The fit is comfortable and easy to adjust.
I’m glad to have the extra visibility from the front and rear lights. I feel safer.

The helmet is great , it could use some beefing up + a visor to make it a little more pleasing to the eye but overall I am happy with the helmet.

These tiny lights extend the functionality of the Lumos helmet lights (visibility, braking, turn signals) with a clever and noticeable rearward design

Customer service on this helmet was great. I received the replacement very quickly, turn around time was fast.

Felt great & safe with the new helmet.

The helmet works great and is very comfortable and sleek. I like how bright the lights are, making me extremely visible on the road during the night. However, the visor doesn't stop wind from hitting your eyes; in fact, I believe more wind hits your eyes in a weird way. But other than that, it's a great helmet, and I would love to see more features being added.

My helmet stopped charging and these things happen. What’s important is when you do have an issue how does the manufacturer take care of you. In this case, it was super easy, I provided the requested information and I was shipped out a replacement within a couple days.

Charging Cable

Can’t say enough good stuff about my lumos lights! One went out after 2 years, and they replaced it without any problems. I use them every day and they are awesome!

I love the ease of taking the Firefly on and off to charge or use on a different bike.

This is my second Lumos helmet. I wore the first through a crash that included some very hard hits to my spine including neck, and my head. It was enough to go to the Emergency Room where I had Brain Scan, x-Rays for neck, spine, and hip. I was okay and sent home. I had some aches that lasted for a few days and by that time I had already ordered this new one. In addition to the crash the helmet provided weather protection and good lights for visibility I like and trust it.

The helmet is comfortable. I like that it has audible sound for the single light. The ventilation is very good as well.

Bluetooth connectivity instructions could have been updated, easier and more directly. Think about someone is not a techie. However I was be able to linked 4 LEDs including a helmet. One turns off, triggers all turn off. What a great feature.
The lights themselves are so bright even a daylight. Imagine if used at night.
Trapper are elastic bands and weaken over time. They could have been nylon straps for these LEDs
Magnetic snap onto its holder is a plus.
More importantly prices could come down a little so common or average bikers could afford these shiny brightly gadgets.
