Measuring your head size

Find a measuring tool Use a soft tape, rope or even your charging cable. Place it against a ruler to measure.

Measure your head Wrap it around your head, position it mid-forehead and above the eyebrows and ears.

Find your helmet size Identify if it’s a good fit. Lumos Ultra (Limited Edition) fits most head shapes with the adjustable dial fit system.

Good-looking helmet, but choice of delivery company loses a star

I've only used the helmet once since I ordered it, mainly because it took so long to arrive thanks to the awful delivery company - DPD (also known as SEUR here in Spain).
They obliged me to stay at home for a delivery which never came - they only sent an email at the end of the day which said that I wasn't at home, which was a lie.
This happened on two occasions - lying to me and wasting my time.
On the third occasion, when they finally managed to come to my address, the messenger wouldn't even come up to my flat to deliver the package.

I would appreciate the option of being able to select alternative delivery companies, (such as DHL - who have never messed me about or lied to me) and I would be happy to pay for that service.

The other thing I wonder about the helmet is why the Lumos phone application can't use the accelerometers on my device to trigger the brake lights, instead of having to buy the 50€ upgraded remote?

Rasche Zusendung aus UK in der schicken Retro-Farb-Kombination. Perfekter Sitz und trotz Akku nicht zu schwer. Helmverkleidung ist sehr gut verarbeitet.Ein Stern Abzug wegen sich ständig verstellender Riemchen und dem plumpem Klickverschluß, die bei anderen Herstellern (z.B. bei Abus mit fixierten Feststellern unter dem Ohr und mit in den Verschluss integrierter „Zunge“ ) perfekter gelöst sind.
